What the service does

Through your AI assistant, onepick recommends one local business for what you need, and, if you confirm, tries to book an appointment with it: by giving you the business’s own booking link, by placing an AI phone call on your behalf, or by giving you the number and a script. It works in the United States, for the kinds of service listed on the home page.

We are not a party to the service

The haircut, the repair or the cleaning is provided by the business, not by us. Its price, quality, timing, cancellation rules and anything that goes wrong with the work are between you and the business. We do not employ, supervise or vouch for the businesses we pick, and they do not work for us.

What a pick is

A pick is our recommendation, made from the criteria shown with it. It cannot be bought. It is not a guarantee of the business’s work. Where a pick says a business is licensed, that reflects the state’s published register when we last loaded it; check the license yourself for work where it matters.

No guarantee that a booking succeeds

A business may not answer, may decline, or may ask you to call. A confirmed appointment is the business’s word given on a phone call; we pass on the date and time we were told and cannot promise the business will honor it. When a call does not come through, your assistant can offer the runner-up.

No payments

onepick takes no payment, deposit or booking fee from you or from the business. A booking call does not agree a price, a deposit or card details. You pay the business directly, on its own terms.

Acceptable use

When you use onepick, you agree to the following.

• Ask for bookings you really want, for yourself or for someone who has asked you to.
• Give your real first name and a callback number where you can be reached.
• Do not use it to sell to, survey, test or pester businesses. A booking call is for booking and nothing else.
• Do not try to get around the limits: 5 bookings a day for each person, and the caps on how often any one business is called.
• Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to harass or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Calls are made by an AI, and say so

When onepick calls a business for you, the caller is an AI assistant. It says so in its first sentence, says that the call is recorded and transcribed, and gives a callback number. By confirming a booking you ask us to place that call and to share the details shown in the preview.

Customers we send cost you nothing, and no booking call carries a sales message. The page for businesses explains how to stop calls to your number, ask to be removed from picks, or claim your profile.
